Following the extensive renovation work at Hans-Böckler-Straße 88-92, the work on the entrances and access routes to numbers 4 to 10 has now also been completed. In the course of this work, bright red front doors with modern letterbox/bell systems in a stainless steel look were also installed. Wide access routes to the buildings enable barrier-free and safe access.
The elevators to the apartments have already been retrofitted so that they stop at ground level and no longer halfway up. Heavy shopping or baby carriages can now be transported all the way to your own apartment door without any obstacles.
A place to linger and play
If you need a short break or fancy a chat with the neighbors, you can take a seat on the benches in the newly designed outdoor area. The freshly planted beds are already showing their first signs of green. Children won't get bored either, as colorful play equipment has been installed next to the entrances.
In total, GWH has invested around 2.5 million euros in the modernization of the access areas and outdoor facilities in Hans-Böckler-Straße .
